Affirmations for the morning
I am grateful for this day that is ahead of me. I know that not everyone is granted a new day. I will try to spend my given day with intent.
I will assess my emotional and physical capacity for the day and set myself up to be the best that I can be.
If I face challenges today, I will only respond if I am able to process the challenge. Otherwise, I will accept the challenge exists, and I will put it to the side to address when my mind is more clear.
I accept the things I cannot change.
My emotions do not run me, they are just thoughts, and they can be changed.
I will practice kindness, compassion, and capacity. This behavior protects my peace.
I will practice and respect boundaries with myself, and others.
Affirmations for appearance
My body takes me around the world and I'm going to nourish it as a thank you.
The food I eat today will not impact how I will feel about myself tomorrow.
I am proud of the changes my body goes though and I love every new wrinkle, stretch mark, and scar that appears.
My skin is always changing with every wise year and I'm grateful to nourish and care for my skin in healthy and sustainable ways.
I do not ask anything of my body. I do not ask it to be thinner, I do not ask it to be firmer, I do not ask it to be rounder, I ask nothing of my body. It is perfect because it is healthy.
Affirmations for anxiety
These thoughts shall pass to give room in my mind for clarity and peace.
I am loved. I am kind. I am surrounded by people who care about me. I am confident that I trust all the right people in my life.
I forgive myself for making a decision that led to an outcome that didn't serve me well, or caused harm to someone else.
I forgive myself for reacting out of an emotion rather than rationale. Next time, I will try to react with logic and composure.
Letting go has always served me. G-d is in control.
Affirmations for taking what you need
Today I need an extra 30min for my lunch break, and that's okay.
Today I need to sleep in a little longer, and that's okay.
Today I need to skip my workout, and that's okay.
Today I need to cancel that plan I made a while ago, and that's okay.
Today I need to be off-camera for my work calls, and that's okay.
Today I can only do small short tasks because I'm having a hard time concentrating, and that's okay.
Today I will not get done what I wanted to get done, and that's okay.
Today I need to say "No" and that is a complete sentence.
